SEPTA resumes service on all Regional Rail lines following downed Amtrak wires in North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- SEPTA has resumed all service on its Regional Rail after downed Amtrak wires caused some lines to be suspended on Monday.

It happened just before noon near the 16th Street Junction in North Philadelphia.

The affected lines included Chestnut Hill East, Fox Chase, and Norristown/Manayunk.

Repair work was completed around 2 p.m. with all lines now back in operation.
